Our sessions will be

  • Personalized

I invite you to continuously listen to your system and to trust what feels right in terms of frequency (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly) and number of sessions. We can work toward overarching orientations (e.g. commitment to healing and justice) or more short term visions (e.g. where you want to be in 6 months) or both.

  • Collaborative

I aim to support and honor your inner knowing and where and how your highest self would like to work. I’ll provide options and will also be receptive to other callings and suggestions you may have. It’s more important to me that a person trust their own system more than they trust me. I also believe we’re not here to do this work of becoming alone.

  • Integrative

We are open dynamic beings. I welcome differing views, approaches, complexities and nuance. Every person is simultaneously unique and not unique; specific, one of a kind, and universal. Just as this moment has never been in the past and will never be in the future, who we are in this moment has never been and will never be again.

What do you value?

What do you long for?

Towards what future do you want to leverage your courage?

What you’ll get

  • 60-minute, 1-on-1 sessions over zoom.

  • Compassionate, grounded facilitation supporting your vision and your inner knowing.

  • Somatically orientated, neurobiologically informed approaches.

  • Honoring of your pacing and nuance. What works for one person or situation, may not work for you.

  • Offering of approaches, practices and empathetic witnessing in service of exploring and navigating your unique journey.

  • Sessions could explore practices that help your body feel safe, supported, present, connected. We can explore embodied boundaries and greater awareness of physiological states.

  • Identification of implicit limiting beliefs in activating situations. We’ll work to heal these emotional knowings through memory reconsolidation (see my blog post Neurobiology of Healing) and empathetic witnessing. This will help your body come more into present time (see my blog post Making the Implicit Explicit).

  • Exploring the ways your body holds habit and conditioned tendencies that may not always be helpful. We’ll work to expand available choices, even when under pressure.

Testimonials

“Lisa Woo is not only a gifted healer, but also a teacher.  In the ultra-safe space she creates, I feel the courage to meet my most wounded parts.  Lisa's skillful guidance allows me to accept these aspects of myself with love and compassion, rather than the judgement and resistance that has been so familiar to me in the past.  With this new capacity, I feel my old, deeply-rooted patterns begin to melt away.  Lisa's attuned presence, grounded in compassion, is transformative and a true gift!” - Jeny N.

"Working with Lisa was profound. She is a highly intuitive and skilled coach who is especially tuned in to how deeply-ingrained thought processes can be gently examined and navigated, without adding pressure and judgement. I learned new and surprising things about myself by working with her and I was able to articulate much more clearly a vision for my work and my life. A really lovely experience." - N. E.

“Lisa coached me in the LLCA practicum. Her coaching style supported me to be comfortable being vulnerable, have valuable insights, and choosing actions that supported my vision. Her gentle active listening helped me be witnessed in the work and to consider where I might go deeper. I learned so much from her as my coach and for me to be the best coach I can be. Lisa has a gift for this work.” - Kathleen Q.

“Lisa offers warm, compassionate, and curious presence. Her coaching and questions will enrich your life and call you in to becoming your best self. I strongly recommend her!” -Eleanor C.
